Where does The Graces ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn. We’ll send you a tracking number when your order ships, but if you have any questions or need help locating yours, just get in touch.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
All domestic orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground for free and take 3-6 business days to arrive. For faster delivery, you can select 2-day shipping at checkout. To double-check shipping speed and ETA to your location, just get in touch with us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Sustainability & Manufacturing
Where do you make your towels?
Our towels are made start-to-finish in Denizli, Turkey. You can read more about our factory here.
How do you ensure they’re ethically produced?
We visit our factory personally and have local auditors that drop in unannounced to ensure quality and working conditions meet our standards.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?
Yes, totally. Our cotton is 100% GOTS-certified organic, and comes from the Aegean region, nearby our factory. Our cotton travels directly from the spinning mill to the factory without a cotton brokerage, so we can directly trace it.
What does The Graces do to protect the planet?
Right now, The Graces sells only 100% organic towels, which require much less water than regular production methods. Our factory uses new, state-of-the-art machinery which uses much less power than older models.
Right now our towels are shipped in poly bags, but we plan on changing that soon – we’re currently working on a more sustainable packaging solution.
